I found Modo Flooring thru a Google search. I checked out their website, which was very easy to navigate and visually attractive. I submitted an online query and received a response within the day, thanking me for my query and asking if a Sales Rep can follow up on my query by phone. The Sales Rep (Chris) contacted me straight away, asked what I needed help with and arranged a time to come out. Chris was helpful (not at all pushy), friendly and professional. He maintained contact with me throughout the whole process, keeping me updated and informed along the way, he managed my expectations and kept to timeframes. From the moment I sent the online query right thru to having the carpet installed, Modo’s customer service was at a very high level, professional, warm, friendly and they made me feel like they are there to serve me, to help me achieve my goals for my home. I am very happy and would definitely recommend Modo to others.

What a pleasant surprise we had when working with Modo Flooring Gisborne. They showed up not only when we were promised they would, but even a couple of days early. I just want to say thank you to Jesse and the team at Modo Flooring for the fantastic service we received. Jesse was instrumental in helping us chose out carpet and vinyl. It exceeded our expectations and we are super grateful to Jesse for his expertise and advice, he really knows “his stuff”. I also want to mention how Jesse worked with our budget and delivered, I couldn’t fault a thing in this process. The workmanship in laying the floor was superior, even down to carpeting the new wardrobes we had installed. We thought how fancy is this! We feel as though we’ve brought a brand new house rather than renovating it, it’s made such a huge difference to our home.
